1. Consult internal customers, clarify their requests in detail.
2. Be able to support various projects including process enhancements, on-going SAP ECC to S/4 HANA migrations and system realization.
3. Deeply understand MES configuration to support local/regional processes including integration with MM, PP, EWM.
4. Analyses and resolves issues within the existing global template solution.
5. Management and internal reporting, and close/consolidations, work with business teams to ensure that the benefits of the existing services and new/updated services within area of responsibility are achieved.
6. Establish and maintain a close working relationship with business partners. Work with local vendors in delivery of MES implementation and training.
7. Work independently to provide the 1st Level support for MES and supply chain related tickets and issues in WCN Beijing and Changzhou and globally as directed by management.
8. Software Maintenance, Improvements.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE( Qualifications, knowledge, skills, experience)
· Strong project management skills;
· SAP, MES system implementation experience in a manufacturing environment in a MNC
· University degree or similar education.
· English fluent in writing and speaking.
· Readiness to work in the mode of the irregular working hours
· Readiness for business travels
